PSM are a family owned business and as such want our forum to be a family friendly environment which will make everyone feel welcome. In order to achieve this we must have a few rules. We don't want to spoil peoples enjoyment but the rules listed below will make the whole forum experience far greater.

By registering to this forum you are agreeing to the following rules as set out below and that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexual, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in violation of any laws.

1. PSM reserves the right to remove or restrict any user without notice. We also will not allow any person with political or controversial agendas, and person who use the forum to link to or promote other websites or products without the express permission of PSM.

2. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting to ensure posting in the relevant section. If in doubt place it in the general forum in the general section and we will move it to the appropriate place. Additionally be sure to post on-topic and not to go off subject to a completely unrelated topic. If needed you should open a new topic.

3. Post may not contain any unnecessary profanity, be sexually explicit, or be in poor taste. Additionally they should be respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing members will not be tolerated in any way and could lead to a warning.

4. Under no circumstances will we accept any obscene/adult material on this site. PSM are a family orientated website and as such we will not accept any posts which have links to such material as pictures, sounds or animations etc.

5. You may not place links to your personal, business or any other website for profit that you are involved with without the prior consent of PSM.

6. Members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators". If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy document they are welcome to bring it to the attention of a member of the moderator team.

7. PSM and its moderators may from time to time need to move, edit or delete a post or topic, if you are not happy with this please contact an administrator. Please note that currently any very first post is automatically placed in the moderation queue and will be approved/disapproved according to the preset rules.

8. Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Ensure you have the owner's permission before posting. PSM are not responsible for copyright breach of its members.

9. Members should use an appropriate, descriptive subject when posting new topic. Examples of bad subjects include "Help Me" and "I'm Stuck" etc.

10. Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstances. This includes offering hosting services (charged and free), installation services, solicitation etc.

11. Please do not post private or personal information about people you know without their permission first. This includes posting private messages or emails.

12. Please refrain from commenting on products you have not used or owned, and when making any negative comments please keep them constructive.

13. Administrators and moderators will attempt to keep all objectionable material off this forum, however should we miss a post or topic it is the views of the author and PSM will not be held responsible for the content of any message.

14. PSM operates a three strikes policy. Users will be warned a maximum of three times for any and all offences in a three month period. If the need arises for a fourth warning a temporary ban will be put in place of between 1 to 7 days.

15. Arguing with a team member after having received a warning will lead to an immediate additional warning. Should this exceed three strikes a temporary ban will be put into place.

16. Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban or other action will lead to a permanent ban on your account. Circumvention includes re-registering or using an already registered account under a non-banned username.

17. An exception to the three strikes rule applies when users contact members personally and post insulting, indecent or vulgar material. Such users may be subject to an immediate permanent ban.

The above list is non exhaustive and can be altered at any time.

I hope you will enjoy our forum and meet many great and interesting people.

Regards

PSM
